We have created an entire menu of exquisite Italian-style entrées that are inspired right from the motherland of Italy. Now it’s your turn to pair your favorite wines with our delicious dishes to make it unique. We invite you to please the palate and bring your own bottle to complement your meal. Might we throw in a few suggestions to get you started… If you’re having a fatty fish, or seafood in a heavier sauce, such as our Shrimp Scampi, may we suggest a Chardonnay to complement A rich Pinot Noir pairs well with earthy flavors, like mushrooms and basil toppings on your pizza. Dry Rosé had the acidity of a white wine and the fruity hint of a red wine. This makes it a perfect match for a cheesy dish, like lasagne or just plain cheese pizza.
