Dhe Puttu is a Kerala restaurant established in 2013 that is built around puttu, the steamed rice cake traditional to the state. Its Kochi outlet occupies the first floor of a building on the NH 66 East Service Road in Edappally and opens daily from late morning until late evening. The menu offers puttu made from rice, chemba, wheat, ragi, cholam and millet, paired with curries and other Kerala dishes. The brand also runs outlets in Chennai, Dubai, Sharjah, Doha and Bahrain.
