I had knee surgery recently and was really keen to get back to training as soon as I could. Cryo recommended I have some sessions on the LED bed to help with the swelling and bruising and my physio tells me my recovery is ahead of schedule. It was my first time
It was my first time trying cryotherapy treatment and I remember feeling so nervous when I arrived at the Cryo clinic in Rosebery. The front desk staff was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I received a gift certificate from a friend that's why I gave it a try and I'm so glad I did, I felt recharged after. Now I'm planning to purchase a package from them. Much better value and it’s my motivation to keep going. I need it!
