I own a successful Medspa with multiple locations. When I first heard about Credee as an alternative financing option for our patients, I was intrigued. However, I was disappointed to find out that they charge a monthly subscription fee. As someone who already offers CareCredit, Cherry, and other financing options that don't require a subscription fee, I realized this was not a right fit for my business. When I was considering joining their organization, they promised me that they would not charge any fee. However, I decided not to join them. To my surprise, they still charged me a subscription fee of $499 even though I was not onboarded and did not use their platform. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate explanation for this unauthorized charge. Despite my repeated requests to cancel the subscription, they tried to convince me to stay. I refused, and they assured me that they had canceled the subscription. I even received an email confirmation confirming that it had been canceled. Yet, to my surpise, I yet was charged another $499 on December 30, 2023. If you are a new Medspa, I strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs.
