About COR

COR is a small plates restaurant on North Street in Bedminster, Bristol, owned by husband and wife Karen and Mark Chapman, with Mark leading the restaurant and Vyck Colsell as head chef. The cooking takes Mediterranean influences and is designed for sharing. The menu is deliberately small and changes with the seasons, an approach intended to reduce waste and surplus in the kitchen. The restaurant accepts reservations but also encourages walk-in guests.
