About Community Access Care

Community Access Care has been operating in Bundaberg sine 2010, providing disability support. Their mission is to provide truly personalised care and make a real difference in the lives of those we care for. We provide a range of disability support services including: Short Term Accomodation (Respite), Social & Community Participation, Children's Services, Health & Mobility Support, Travel & Transport and more. Making a difference in people’s lives has come naturally to Community Access Care Founder, Julie McCracken, who began her career as a carer to help fulfil a need for disability support within her local community. Julie’s unwavering commitment to her profession, devotion to high-quality disability care and, larger-than-life vision for her community, is an inspiring journey, one which provides many jobs and supports the health and wellbeing of many clients in the region.
