Highest level of grappling in Central Arkansas. We have national and international level coaches in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, judo, combat wrestling, and striking. Classes for all levels from hobbyists to competitors are offered. We also have a kid's program starting at age 3. Our kid's program includes wrestling, judo, and BJJ. We have fitness and conditioning classes for functional strength. Private sessions are available by appointment. We specialize in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Olympic and Freestyle Judo, Combat Wrestling, and Group Fitness/Conditioning Classes. We offer a youth program for ages 3 to 12. We provide training with classes to fit children and adults of all ages and skill levels. We strive to cultivate a welcoming and comfortable learning environment.
