Certificate of Deposit (COD) will be issued once VAHAN portal is active to customers once they give their vehicle to us. Major benefits of the COD:- Registration fee will be waived off for new vehicle. For personal vehicle upto 25% of Road tax will be waived off, for commercial vehicle upto 15%. COD is tradable
