Many of our buyers who have previously worked with other real estate agents have told us they did 99% of the work themselves. For example, they looked for the neighborhood best suited them and found the actual house. They then gave their real estate agent the MLS information so that they could schedule the actual appointment. That isn’t service in our eyes. This is not a service!
