About Chocolate Zen Bakery

Our names are Betty Lai, Douglas Krahn and Barbara Rudiak. The three of us co-own Chocolate Zen Bakery and our passion is baking fabulous treats! We love the creative, collaborative process that happens when we craft an edible piece of art for our customer’s special occasions and enjoyment. Betty and Doug have been pastry chefs for over 20 years and have created masterpieces for many grand events including the Nygard wedding, for various dignitaries and stars such as Richard Gere, Susan Sarandon, Jennifer Lopez and Ashley Banfield.Together with our wonderful, talented staff of other professional bakers, we have done numerous weddings and countless birthday and celebratory cakes and many, many events.Let us create something special, beautiful and delicious just for you!
