CFS9, or Central Fitness Station, is a Hyderabad gym with its Madhapur branch at Pardha's Picasa on Durgam Cheruvu Road, Kavuri Hills, and a further branch in Kondapur. Members have access to free weights, machines and a cardio zone. The gym offers personal training with custom workouts and form correction, weight loss programmes built on HIIT and calorie planning, strength and conditioning covering powerlifting and Olympic lifts, boxing and functional training with pad and bag work, and nutrition guidance including meal plans and macro tracking.
