CAS Med Spa

First I should say that it is only my personal experience with them. After two consultations with two different persons working there, I decided to go for cool sculpting for my double chin, and Kybella for my daughter (as they recommended). Both consultants ensured me that they do everything until I'm satisfied with the change. I asked Jeff (he was the administrator at that time) what if I pay but see no result? Are you sure cool sculpting works? He said he was sure 100% and it's guaranteed and if it did not work they would use other procedures until they see the change. I paid for my daughter and myself, at the third visit in Marietta, on Sep. 2019 (we wanted to look good for Christmas). None of us is considerably overweight, my daughter is so skinny in fact. They said till Christmas we would lose at least half of the fat in our under chin. Jeff confirmed it the day I went for the procedure. Not necessarily to say that it took a day of my work and it was painful, but what beauty procedure is not right? Any how, although we both lost weights and started diets and exercise, nothing, even a bit changed. After Christmas I went for the follow up and surprisingly NONE of the persons that I had seen before were working there anymore. So, they took pictures and compared before and after pics, and accepted that it had not worked, so they gave me an appointment for the second session with somebody new! Again I got a day off, endures of one hour of pain, and 4-5 days of discomfort, and again NOTHING!! I went last week for the follow up, meeting new people again and they said so it is not working! I asked for Jeff and the people who promised me they would do whatever it took to make it work (they all said they were sure that cool sculpting worked as it was claimed in their ads and page). But their Kybella didn't work either! I'm so frustrated, and anxious for the money and the time I spent only to receive pain and discomfort. They offered Botox (because I said I've used Botox for my frowns line for six years now and it works well) so I had Botox instead(note that the Botox is $200 and I had paid over $2000). I feel like being scammed or defeated Or rubbed because the botox is not working either after one week. I called them and they said that I had signed the consent before the Botox that it would be my last procedure there. Ok. So I just give up and I will go to the place that I was always going to do my botox. It seems nothing is working there (or at least on me!!!) I never complain about anything online, I don't even rate anything (my two sisters are MDs, and I'm a doctor of psychology, I don't want to be unfair and rude at all, specially, TOWARD the CAS Owner who is a nice lady and I'm so sorry that this happened. I just shared my story for anybody who is thinking about doing a beauty procedures. Don't pay the whole or for several sessions in advance, before Making sure it works. Good luck.
