I wanted to leave a short message on the great costumer service I received when I ordered my carport with Tom Dunning. He not only gave great detail on how I needed to prep the area, but he gave call backs and let send pictures before and after I was complete. Tom was great to change plans when my measurements were not correct and quickly had plans back to me for permit application reasons. I would recommend this company going forward.

We just had the second building installed by Cardinal Carports. Brandon Dowell handled the sales for both buildings 22 x 45 a couple of years ago and this 30 x 30, added beside it in Arkansas. Brandon is great to work with, and very responsive and ethical. Not many people these days call you back when they say they will and worry about your problems more than you do yourself. He has earned my trust and if I had another building to erect, I would certainly get it from them. I think their prices are good and their installation is fast, professional, and timely. It takes only a few hours for the crew to install and they are very careful. They handle sales all over the US. I ordered a carport from Carports.com on 11/7/2017. The carport was supposed to be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. almost 4th weeks later that I received my carport. the carport was very nice and just as I ordered. The installers did a good job setting it up just where I wanted it.

They were scheduled and mounted carports within 2 weeks of the completion of the carport order. They did a fantastic job! They did exactly what we planned to do.

Earlier, I was worried before buying cardinal carports metal building but my experience came out great. They had told us it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks, but it was delivered in 6 weeks.
