From years of working with real estate investors, California Commercial Real Estate Services founder George Okita recognized the traditional real estate management firm lacked the insight to effectively manage a healthcare facility. In 1991, Mr. Okita formed a “one-stop shop" to bridge real estate investors with healthcare operators. Since inception, California Commercial has grown tremendously in terms of managed square footage, but our philosophy of providing individualized and personal service remains.
