Bulrush is a Michelin-starred restaurant on Cotham Road South in Bristol led by chef and proprietor George Livesey, who is originally from the Peak District and trained at the Academy of Culinary Arts. The kitchen cooks classic Anglo-French food with Japanese and Scandinavian influences, built around locally sourced and foraged ingredients. Guests can choose a tasting menu at lunch or dinner, a set lunch menu on Fridays and Saturdays, or an early evening menu earlier in the week. The restaurant closes on Sundays and Mondays.
