Brennan's of Houston is a Midtown restaurant that opened in 1967 as a sister restaurant to Commander's Palace in New Orleans and is operated by the Brennan's family of New Orleans. Its menu focuses on Creole, Cajun and Southern cooking, with brunch, dinner and bar menus, and its Sunday Creole Jazz Brunch is a long-running tradition. The restaurant also offers a chef's table, a private ballroom for events, cooking classes, cookbooks and an evening theater shuttle.
