This guy is a complete scammer. Didn’t return our deposit and double charged us for the car rental. Refused to return the money and ghosted us when we would contact him. On top of it all, the car kept popping up with an alert saying “transmission failure shut off immediately”.. pretty concerning when you are driving down a highway.
It’s pretty evident this is a common thing for this guy to do, given the amount of reviews saying the same thing about not returning the deposit.
