About Bolling Behavioral Consulting

We use Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adults to reduce problem behaviors and increase skill acquisition. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a method of therapy used to improve or change specific behaviors. ABA changes seeks to change an individual’s environment in order to bring positive and lasting changes in their behavior. Ryan Bolling is a behavior analyst with over 8 years of experience. She began her career as a special education teacher in a co-taught setting. While working with her first student with autism, she realized that behavior modification was a passion. She then began working with the Marcus Institute’s school consultation program, and ran a therapy classroom with 8 students with moderate to severe autism. In 2013, Ryan began pursuing her Master’s of Science in Special Education Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She quickly moved into a behavior specialist position with the GNETS program in Atlanta Public Schools, and began volunteering in a clinic setting to accrue her BCBA supervision hours. Ryan also began working with adults to expand her breadth of knowledge. Today, she is a seasoned professional with experience working with children as young as 2 months of age to adults over the age of 70. Her passion is working with individuals with special needs, and providing quality ABA therapy to ensure all of her clients meet their personal goals.
