we also operate an open gym session every Saturday morning 10am-11am. This gives our clients ample opportunity to use the gym space to work on their training and apply skills that they have learnt in class into practice. During our open gym sessions, a trainer will be on hand to assist you or offer expert advice and guidance regarding your work out. Our facilities are designed to provide our clients a safe and specialized environment to practice and train.
