Bluebeard is a farm-to-table restaurant on Virginia Avenue in Indianapolis' Fletcher Place neighbourhood. Its menu is made from scratch using seasonal ingredients, and bread comes from Amelia's, the restaurant's in-house bakery. A house sommelier oversees the wine programme, and the bar prepares cocktails with housemade sodas and syrups. The restaurant takes a limited number of reservations while welcoming walk-ins, and it hosts private events in the Rosewater Room, which seats up to 40 guests, and a smaller Second Story space for up to 18. Bluebeard has been named a James Beard semifinalist.
