Please learn from our experience... Do not count on Bighorn Law to represent you! You're better off on your own! You will not get a response to calls, emails or texts. The turnover with employees is high as well so no one can answer your questions. In our case, Bighorn Law had a check for $100K from my auto insurance for 8+ months and neglected to pay CMS the reimbursement they required. During that time, thousands of dollars in interest were accrued on top of the amount due. It was only paid after we made several phone calls to Bighorn. I asked to speak to a supervisor several times and was refused. When you reach out to the attorney who met you at the hospital, Nathan Morris in my case, your calls and texts will be ignored. Clients reach out to accident attorneys when they are their most vulnerable, you will not find the help you need here.
