About Bestia

Bestia is an Italian restaurant opened in 2012 in a converted warehouse on the edge of downtown Los Angeles, in the Arts District. Chef Ori Menashe leads a seasonal menu that reinterprets Italian classics through wood-fired cooking, including pizzas from the open kitchen, while co-owner Genevieve Gergis, a self-taught pastry chef, creates the desserts. The restaurant has a fig-tree courtyard, a cocktail and wine program, group dinner options and gift cards, and serves dinner every evening.
