Pathetic service and a very disappointing customer experience. The service is extremely expensive, yet the project was plagued by unnecessary and repeated delays, particularly in material delivery. The most frustrating part is that 100% advance payment is taken upfront, after which getting timely responses and proper support becomes extremely difficult. A penalty clause was included in the agreement for delayed completion, which initially gives the customer confidence that the company is committed to timelines. However, when it comes to actually honouring the penalty, the team becomes unresponsive. It feels like such clauses are included merely to make the customer feel comfortable at the time of booking, rather than being genuinely honoured when the company fails to meet its commitments. Once the full advance has been received, the customer is left chasing the team for updates, pending materials, completion and even basic responses. Overall, a highly stressful, expensive and disappointing experience. If timely delivery, accountability and responsive customer service matter to you, I would not recommend BathXpertz.
