The experience this company is worst in my overall carrier, but the worst part of my worked period is to deal with Mr. Maninder Singh(CEO) who don’t know how to deal with their employee. I worked as SEO Executive as part of this also handles many worked such as third-party e-commerce online portal, online & offline client handling, and others. Firstly they don’t know the meaning the official & professional. In my worked period, I asked them to provide me an appointment letter or a working letter. Firstly they don’t know “what is appointment letter or the working letter”. If I explain meaning or purpose, then they said to me “you are going to against me and company”. If the CEO of the company thinks that issuing an appointment letter or a working letter to an employee is going against, then you can imagine that what they can think and said words that have no meaning in the professional life. I many time pay their credit card and other payments, no doubt they back my money within few days, but I help them, but even they said me you cheat me. If I want to cheat you, then why I Pay your credit card bills and other payment from accounts and gives money. Even they did not pay my salary, 6 six over time from Jan to June and some other payment which is taken from me for official purpose. The payment is around 60,000. On my last day and after two months I visit there, they promise to clear all dues within 15 days, but they did not do this. In December 2019 last, I again visit, they said do you have any proof you work here and even they also told me do you have to prove payments are due from my side. I would like to inform them, my salary is always paid by cheque or account transfer and there are three missing salaries which are not paid by them. (if you need proof, I will send you my account detail) and also check your WhatsApp, when I expense anywhere then I Whatsapp you that amount with description and remember the expense of AC Market Camera charges which I pay(Kindly check your bills) And they also said to me, you are not clear my details. When I informed you I am resigning (via mail and also verbally), from that day, I said that please inform me what kind of detail you need, I will provide you. They don’t inform me. For my side, I complete all detail and another document till the last date and file them, and also provide them all detail (soft and hard). And also inform them you can tell them if you have to need or any help, you can call me any time. But they never call me, but on the last visit, they said to me you do not provide me detail. If you have to need detail, then why you wait and why you are not call? It’s your responsibility to call me if you have to need detail and it’s my duty to full fill. But if you don’t want any kind of detail, then you have no right to oppose this. Before my joining, they take a loan of around 50 lakh(which they said) and they invest a few parts of the money invested in the business only, most of the loan amount, they gave their two friends. From that amount, they stand their business. If they take a loan, it is natural, the loan amount and their interest are paid by them. If you are unable to pay back the Loan EMI, Then it is no the fault of your employee. If you take a loan for your business, then it’s your duty to use in your business, not to stand other people business, but you do such kind of nonsense, but you never understand. In the end, I pray and wish you will experience the life of an employee in your life and know the actual value of employee and their value. I don’t want to write this kind of word but you force me to write. These words are not only a review; this is my heart burning words and some suggestion. Hope you will understand. I have many things to write, but I think enough for you to realize and I want first of all hand over my experience and clear my salary, overtime and other amounts of money which you used for your personal and official expense.
