About Bakery Sate

Professionally trained with a Diploma of Baking and Pastry from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and a Red Seal Baker, Eric holds strongly to the practice of making everything in-house from scratch. Eric also holds a degree in Pharmacology from UBC, as well as an MBA. He has worked many years in Vancouver's technology field developing wireless electronics. He has traveled extensively in Europe, especially to France due to his work. Ultimately, Eric's lifelong passion is still in pastry and baking. BAKERY SATE is a direct result of Eric's passion for French style pastry.
