I WhatsApp them for a quotation and I received a reply from them shortly. I showed them pictures of my bag and they replied honestly and patiently if they can or cannot save my bags. They followed up with me when I did not reply them whether I want to go ahead with their service. I want to compliment them for their professionalism in all areas even though I chose to purchase new bags eventually. Do check them out!

I went back to Bags Butler for the second time to get my stuff waterproofed and some repairs done with gel. I'd read some mixed reviews, but since they're quite well known, I decided to give them another shot. And wow, they really blew me away this time! I'm seriously impressed. I highly recommend giving them a try! Their customer service is fantastic—super quick to respond and really upfront. They were honest with me about my old wallet being beyond repair. Overall, I'm really happy with everything they did and how they treated me. I'll definitely be going back again.

Pls do not entrust your bag with them. I tried with my LV bag to do restoration. They told me my bag just needed $270 to restore and replace zipper. After my bag is sent to them, they started “reassessing” even though I’ve sent them comprehensive pictures from start, and started asking for top ups and additional payment. I paid once more at $280 in order to achieve the standards they promised. And few weeks later, they approach me again saying they replace my zipper with silver instead of gold (so now my zip is gold and zipper is silver) and ask for top up again to achieve the gold plated zipper. This never ending top up sounds like a scam business. When I received my bag, it looks almost the same as what I’ve sent in to wash. Pls DO NOT patronize. They claim they have Google review, the Google review is not assessible and I wasn’t able to post my pictures to give actual review of their true intentions and service.

Good evening, I want to share with my experience n I don’t mind anyone can ask questions here. I have sent few items (handbags n shoes) for cleaning n coating n waterproofing during 2023. After did the job they always kept on texting me to purchase warranty for the items. It is true the warranty costs is much cheaper than the 1st time job. And since my items are branded so that I decided to purchase it. But after few months, I realised the waterproofing no use at all! Once u have purchased they’re disappeared immediately n NO texting u NO follow-up for warranty items at all. When I started to enquiry warranty issue…… they replied me “expired” already. It was just few weeks only. BUT they’re very smart n ask for MONEY immediately. I asked : “why nobody text me for reminder” They said : “no such service” BUT they have such time n service to keep on asking u purchase “warranty service” I feel it is not a proper way doing business!!

Not advisable to send in your luxury leather items for cleaning. My Chanel wallet was badly done and after cleaning the wallet leather color fade and wallet became rough. Inside stains was nt remove .Totally not able to use my wallet anymore.
