I am working as an software tester and its been a wonderful experience for me. The company has good team spirit where everyone tends to help out each other to resolve any critical issues. such a worst experience with Devesh [Kutta] making fool of clients & employees. everytime asking for money from clients without delivering the product and same with Ex-employes My October 2017 salary still pending on them, apart from the salary my incentive of 12 month still pending whenever I asked for the alary and my incentive always make same bullshit excuse we are running out of the money as he is running an NGO and all current employees are working for free for there GO FATHER [DEVESH]. they don't have relationship ethics not even business. he is running kind of a LALA Ji Company. Change Place will not change your mind Mr. Devesh and let me tell you one thing with this state of mind you will never grow never ever in your entire life. your all ex-employees are facing the same issue till date they didn't get salary not even single ex-employee. you will never get an investor for your Lala Ji type organization, you are worst with your employees with your work and you will never ever
