AV Media Systems

Without doubt the worst AV company I’ve ever worked for, a strong culture of toxic lying right from the Management team that email abuse and harass ex-employees on weekends at 2am in the morning and then despite being warned to stop contacting them continues to harass them. They are incompetent & are unable to keep employees as once people find out what they signed up for they very quickly leave again. The management team perpetuate the toxic work environment thru lying & harassment of the employees to keep their fake sense of harmony in this terrible company. My advice is avoid it at all costs as a vendor, client & an employee because in my opinion the directors and management team are unfit to serve as Managers & quite frankly exhibit dangerous behaviour. Since this all began this company has misrepresented the facts and also blatantly lied & has tried to intimidate me with nonsensical & vexatious letters from 2 equally incompetent lawyers from Jack Bock Lawyers in South Melbourne who sent a settlement agreement to avoid further action & was awaiting a signed version back from the company management after I had agreed to all of its terms, signed it & returned it back to them only then to be followed up with a frivolous Concerns Notice for Defamation. Which mind you is laughable at best. It seems the incompetence and quite frankly bizarre actions of this company extent to their lawyers also. I have never experienced a more erratic and simply crazy series of events in my life with, in my opinion only, a seemingly bunch absolutely crazy & dangerous people. This company have also stolen wages from me and refused to pay me what I am owed despite me agreeing to a settlement and forced me to lodge formal complaint with the Fair Work Ombudsman of Victoria and also a small claims case with the Magistrates Court for payment of my outstanding wages. If you want a harmonious work life balance then in my opinion you would be well served to not work for AV Media Systems because the company engages in theft, breach of contract, harassment and abuse of its employees.

They are incompetent & are unable to keep employees as the company is a joke, once people find out what they signed up for they very quickly leave again. The management team & the owner perpetuate the toxic work environment thru lying & harassment of the employees to keep their fake sense of harmony in this terrible company. My advice is avoid it at all costs as a vendor, client & an employee because in my opinion the Director has a screw loose & is suffering from some mental issues like Bi-polar disorder with his erratic & quite frankly dangerous behaviour. Since this all began he has been quite volatile with his lies & misrepresentation of the facts & has tried to intimidate me with nonsensical & vexatious letters from 2 equally incompetent lawyers named Jenine Blackman & Jack Bock from Jack Bock Lawyers in South Melbourne who sent a settlement agreement for further action & was awaiting a signed version back from Mr Kiskiras after I had agreed to all of its terms, signed it & returned it back to them only then to be followed up with a frivolous Concerns Notice for Defamation. If you want a harmonious work life balance then in my opinion you would be well served to not work for AV Media Systems or Mr Chris Kiskiras because I think he needs help medically and emotionally dealing with some issues he has.

Worst AV company in all of Victoria, most inept and incompetent company and it starts right at the top from the entirely toxic owner Chris Kiskiras, in fact I think quite possibly he has mental issues or bi-polar disorder. He is abusive rude and harasses employees at 2am in the morning on a weekend. My advice is 1000% avoid this company either as a vendor, a client and an employee as it is lead by CRAZY from the top down. The company is very much likened to a sea going ship of rats looking to climb over one another to escape the mediocrity of having to show up to the office each day and work for an escaped mental patient.
