About Augulis Law Firm

Our law firm serves clients in the Central New Jersey area and provides assistance in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid, Trust Administration and Probate. Mr. Augulis is an active member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association, including its tax, probate and estates, and elder law sections. Mr. Augulis is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Augulis obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting and business administration from Seton Hall University, graduating magna cum laude and selected for membership in the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma and Beta Alpha Psi honor societies for business and accounting. He was awarded his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Augulis went on to pursue graduate legal studies in tax laws, and holds a Master of Laws degree from New York University.
