Ryan loves trial practice and has taken more than 25 civil cases to jury verdict or decision. Ryan also handles criminal matters including DUI, domestic violence and other misdemeanors, up to ‘white collar’ felonies, drug possession and trafficking crimes and sex crimes. Ryan has actively practiced bankruptcy law since 2009. He has discharged and reorganized tens of millions in debt in over 1,200 bankruptcy cases for Nevada families and small businesses. He is one of few attorneys in Las Vegas that handles not only consumer Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, but also Chapter 11 reorganizations. Prior Legal Experience Ryan spent his first years of practice primarily in copyright and trademark infringement litigation and entertainment law contracts. Ryan also has experience in the areas of business formation and franchises, having drafted franchise disclosure documents, private placement memorandums and OTC opinions. Ryan has been featured as an alumni guest speaker at Harvard Law School, as well as guest lectures at Emerson College and the International Academy of Art and Design.
