Unfortunately, most general dentists do not have the right equipment or training to foster a highly successful outcome. Specialist Endodontists routinely use a dental microscope to make every case as successful as possible and to make sure that all canals are found and filled. A lot of a specialist’s work is to re do failing root canals. This is called a re root canal treatment. This is a tricky treatment and if you do not have the equipment and skills to tackle these types of cases then we are happy to accept referrals from other dentists.
