Ambika Pillai opens her first salon in 1995 and the brand "Ambika Pillai" was born. Ambika Pillai did the hair and makeup of the Reigning Miss World in 1994-95 Aishwarya Rai and there was no looking back since. Ambika has even tried her hand at movies such as "Taal" doing Aishwarya Rai's face. Due to time constraint she chooses to spend more time at the salon.
