What do we mean, “Modern Tavern”? – Well, we feel this term best sums up what we are trying to achieve here at the Alibi Room. Since summer 2006, new owners Raya Audet & Nigel Springthorpe have been quietly turning the Alibi Room into the place for local craft beer on tap. We have become a true Free House, pouring guest beers from all over the province and beyond. Head chef Greg Armstrong has added an understated sophistication to our very accessible menu. The menu reflects a strong desire to provide familar, comforting dishes with an emphasis on quality ingredients.
