Welcome to #1 A+ Agents of Process, Inc. All truckers for hire, brokers, or freight forwarders must file a BOC-3 (Process Agents) form with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) before their authority will be issued. What is form BOC-3 (Process Agents) that the FMCSA requires? A Form BOC-3 designates an authorized person or an office to accept any legal papers on your behalf in any state you conduct business and/or traverse through, and then forward them to you. Our one time fee of $30 covers you for a lifetime for the filing of the BOC-3 with the FMCSA. You must have an authorized agent file the BOC-3 for you with the FMCSA. IF THERE IS NO BOC-3 OR INSURANCE ON FILE WITH THE FMCSA, THERE WILL BE NO AUTHORITY GRANTED.
