Darren Heyman knows what it means to be both a documented and undocumented immigrant. He has lived in six different countries around the world, and knows how difficult it can be to go through the process of becoming legal. He graduated Northwestern University School of Law, one of the country’s top ten law schools, in 1999, after which he joined the international law firm Hogan Lovells, practicing international arbitration. Darren Heyman also has his MBA from the University of Cambridge, England, and is currently finishing his second doctorate, a Ph.D., at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Darren is fluent in English and French, and can also speak some Russian and Spanish. In addition to federal immigration law, Darren is licensed to practice law in Illinois. Federal Areas of Practice: immigration and bankruptcy. Illinois Areas of Practice: gaming, corporate structuring, reinsurance, consumer credit finance, litigation, employment, and contracts.
