Acherman Law was established in 2012 on the premise that quality legal representation should be personal and professional, while also remaining affordable. Ilan Acherman limits his practice to the areas of family law, estate planning, and business transactions in Las Vegas and throughout Nevada, with a dedication to protecting your rights and meeting your needs. Mr. Acherman completed both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from UNLV’s Boyd School of Law and becoming a member of the Nevada State Bar that same year. Mr. Acherman worked for the ACLU on prisoners’ rights issues and legislative advocacy and then went on to extern under Judge Stefany Miley in Nevada’s 8th District and to work as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sandra Pomrenze in the Family Division. During his work for the Family Court, Mr. Acherman gained insight into a vast array of legal issues surrounding family and domestic matters. His experience also extends to civil litigation, including representing personal injury victims.
