With over 20 years of culinary knowledge and a previous job post as Chef De Partie at two of the worlds most renowned 5 star international superdulux hotels; Marriot and Hyatt, he specializes in Indian, Mughlai, South Indian and Punjabi cuisines. The chef has been working in Perth's metropolitan areas as a chef for around 8 years, and now has decided to open his own business, in Butler.
